番茄切塊、洋蔥切絲及豆腐切塊,並備妥少許蔥花。

雞胸肉切成適口的大小。

Step 3.
以3大匙醬油醃漬雞胸肉5分鐘,讓雞胸肉保水不乾柴。

黑胡椒、香油及1湯匙醬油放入碗中均勻攪拌成醬汁。

將番茄、豆腐、洋蔥和雞胸肉擺入菜盤中,均勻淋上醬汁。

Step 6.便當盒內放入一指高的生米,水約在米上1公分;撒上少許蔥花在料理上。

放進電鍋,在外鍋加一米杯的水,按下開關。
