Step 1.
冬瓜切片去籽、杏鮑菇切片,取少許鴻喜菇。

Step 2.
鱈魚退冰後,兩面抹上少許鹽和米酒去除腥味,並切成三塊。

Step 3.
將醬油和香油混在一起攪拌均勻。

Step 4.
將冬瓜擺進菜盤內,放入鱈魚和菇類。

Step 5.
均勻淋上剛調好的醬汁,撒上少許的蔥花。

Step 6.
依個人喜好在菜盤另外一格放置蔬菜,便當盒內放入一米杯的米及一米杯的水。

放進電鍋,在外鍋加一米杯的水,按下開關。
